Fly Me To The Moon Olivia Ong

today i woke up at 11.50am.
it is a bit "early" for me to wake up at such time since yesterday sleep quite "early" a bit.
after that, father say need to go out to have lunch because want to confirm the restaurant dishes for sister weddings.
around 12.30pam we make a move and reached restaurant Hai Thiam Lou Klang (海天楼大酒家) at 1pm.
well, i just liked the Thai chicken dish although first time try at there.
it seems that my "job" for nowadays was to eat and enjoy.
sister also chat a bit with me about something related to some real life story.
she also agree that the first RM30,000 to invest in property was quite hard to save.

it was because i told her the story about how people can get rich fast in property line such as buying an under developed condominium at certain Kuala Lumpur area for RM300,000 and resell RM360,000 when it finish build.
on the other hand, she suggest me can find some rich people and help them invest in property line but at least will gain 10% of profit in return just like property sales agent.
somehow this make me feels that in order to get rich, you need to have rich contact friends that you can sell them.
moreover, you need to have a lot of variety to sell just like a friend told me before that when people asked they want to buy car, house or any service and you can provide them.
after that, we went to somewhere nearby The Store to find mother clothes.

i was just doing nothing much while at there looking them buy thing.
after some moment, we make a move to Klang Parade since the clothe not suitable.
we reached Klang Parade at 3.15pm and i walked around alone while they buy their things.
when looking a quite old uncle which aged around 50 with a quite young aunty that seems aged 30+ with two children called the uncle father, there is some thought running in my mind.
i feel that perhaps this is called as Malaysian culture that most of the "elderly" senior citizen will marry the guy that younger than them because they will be more financially strong in this age.
actually i did try to think from the aged uncle point of view that what i feel at that age.
i might think that i definitely will be loyal to the beautiful wife because she still accept me as husband although i am 50+ right?

so in the wife opinion, i might feel i have help this guy to born 2 children and i believe he will not do anything that hurt me right?
anyways, it was just my opinion and does not represent anything.
anyways, i just spend my free time in the electronic and housing department shop.
i just liked the design concept of the kitchen that build inside the shop as a sample and feel it having a quite lovely feelings.
somehow it make me feel that i must be "realistic" back while passing by the shop because everything also need money to buy when "building a family".
honestly, i free until count everything inside my heart about the cost to build a family if you did not have any support from any people.

well, i has "roughly estimate the budget as the calculation below.

therefore the total will be about RM 21,800 although it was quite "funny" to think back now.
actually this still haven include the house,car and wedding deposit money which roughly about [RM30,000 (10% house deposit value at RM300K) + RM 6000 (15% deposit for RM40,000 proton Saga car) + RM 2000 (10% deposit of RM 20,000 wedding package include all things dinner and etc)].
at the end, it will sum up until RM 59,800 for all things if you plan to have a family.
so if need to save this amount, you need to save RM1,000 every month for 5 years.
therefore it is reasonable for every guy who aged around 30+ to plan marriage if they graduate from college at the age of 24.
actually there is few way to earn this RM60K fast where the most easy is working in United Kingdom because the pound sterling is bigger where 1£ = RM5.

if don't wish to choose this way, there is another way which is investing in property or Forex but both need money to invest.
the last way to be most economic but need a very big idea which is goes back to "e-commerce" era because the start up fee is just around RM500 to maintain a website and running 24/7.
somehow this things just make me feel that sometime we need to back to reality that everything is about $$ (materialistic) and not about how great your love is.
seriously i start doubt my love for "her" was just about "talking blank" because i don't even suite any above condition and the most important is still jobless.
finally i arrived back home at 6pm.
then i just continue to use my computer and search some information online.

just found a sentence was quite meaningful which is "think twice before leaving a space in someone's heart because it is difficult to imagine the pain when you see someone else is filling your space."
on the other hand, i just liked a song very much when saw a friend share the music link.

honestly, i have been listening repeatedly this song from 9pm and while updating blog too.
seriously this song helped me to relax my mind for not thinking much about what i mention about the "materialistic" thing just now.
at last, i also included in this blog music and just love the song so much.
