somehow i did not expect that i will wake up such late as i went to sleep quite "early" yesterday.
during the afternoon, mother have prepared "Min Hun Ker" as our lunch.
after having my lunch, i just surf on the internet as usual for every weekend.
then i went to watch the latest episode for One Piece anime and it was quite nice as Luffy get cured after helping the fish island to defeat Houdi.
moreover, it seems that the Sword Art Online anime (刀劍神域) still haven end as there was new 15th episode but it still haven go into the main topic that he went to the new world.
besides, my sister's friend have arrived to our house to see her new born baby and i just went up since i don't like to social much. (>.<)
after her friend go back, i only come down to use the pc.
well, there was a video i found interesting to share about which is from "MY FM升级版皇宫灿烂:我们不是草莓,我们是苦瓜" as you can view it as below or the link >>> Here.
it is usually refers to people who is insubordinate, spoiled, selfish, arrogant, sluggish in work and can't withstand social pressure or work hard like their parents' generation where it most happens to Generation Y that also know as Millennials/Tech/Net/Digital generation who born from 1980s to 2000s above.
actually there is few reason of why boss hates generation Y because there was so much negative perceptions and misconceptions about Generation Y as you can see from so many website.
below was the 10 perception of generation Y characteristic from the website at >>> Here.
_________________________________________
1) Spoiled/Entitled
2) Lazy
3) Poor Work Ethic
4) Little Respect for Authority
5) Too Self-Centered and Individualistic
6) Overinflated/Unrealistic Expectations
7) Not Committed to Work
8) No Loyalty to Employers
9) Lacking in Social Skills
10) Needy

somehow i do asked myself whether i am that kind of people since i was Gen-Y too and the answer seems to be quite clear as i seems like hitting the number of 1,2,4,5,6 and 9.
on the other hand, there is some reason that i would like the "older generation bosses" in Malaysia to know that why "i/we" acted in such way if you dislike us as your employee as below.
__________________________________________
1) Do you actually listen to our opinion?
The reason why we are so quiet during the meetings when you ask for our opinion was because you will not believes us or take our words into your heart as a fresh graduate. Mainly it is because we don't have much experience like you but at least we can give you some new idea. This also happens to me as i was working as a marketing executive last time whereby i am very sure that the plan will works but i have got rejected and saw the competitor used the method. At the end, my boss also use the method that i suggest after few month later.
2) Don’t assume that we will always stay to work for you.
Most of the boss will start to say it is no use to hire fresh graduate because they will not stay long. Well, here is the reason which is we will always looking for a better opportunities when we know the market pays much than the human resource department says we deserve it. Moreover, most of the boss will keep stay on the older thought that giving RM1,500~RM2,500 to a fresh graduates can be consider very much to us. Somehow i would like to ask back the boss that if you can buy me 10 breads with one dollar now, then i will work for you. (Even a dishwasher at Singapore also can earn SGD 3,000 (RM7,500) per month)
3) Too much restriction lead to less sense of belonging.
Well, i believe most of the boss out there will have many type of restriction that "cannot do this, cannot do that" especially in traditional business model. For example, the employee who work at office all the time must wear formal clothes instead of T-shirt although they do not meet customer. Another example was the boss dislike their employee to open music while working. (I do know it might wrong but i think as long as the stuff do the work, it is okay right as every people have their own style?)
__________________________________________
well, i don't mean to be rude by saying such thing but i think the boss should guide and take a risk by giving those fresh graduate a chance to work instead of judging them based on perception.
in my working experience, i do feel that those people who have "sweet-mouth" or know how to "boot-licking" will always get extra benefits in terms of salary and promotion.
anyways, what do you think about your boss if you happens to be a generation Y?
around 6pm i have the same meal as afternoon for my dinner and get myself prepared to back KL.
during the moment while driving, the song that accompany me was Hatsune Miku again and i do enjoyed myself very much by opening the song very loud.
somehow i do have some "funny" thought while looking at those expensive cars such as Audi, Bentley, BMW cars during the traffic jam while driving where i ask myself will i be able to be like them one day?
finally i arrived back my KL house at 8pm.
then i played my very first Dota 2 match at my PC after i get the free beta key.
after some moment, my ex-housemate find me to have dinner.
somehow i just feel that things will be keep changing and different as i grew older.
for example, last time i say i want to "pak toh" (chase girl) when i am financially available (rich) but it make me have a contradict feeling that those type of girl might not be truly loving you.
however, when i feel to "chase" college girl, i will think that i am not financially available.
therefore anyone here can "donate me" RM100,000 to achieve my dream now? (some silly thought again)
anyways, i just feel that a "lonely guy" like me need to plan anything that goes ahead as no people will give a damm on you right?
actually i do have some though that the "knowing first information" really matters in this modern and competitive society nowadays.
for example, if you know can apply for work and travel program or student exchange program without any barriers such as CGPA requirement, you will eventually interested for it right.
somehow i do hope i can able to apply for it and if i can, i might have my next year schedule by going to different country every month from Japan > USA > Australia and finally settle my SHU at United Kingdom.
seriously i have been keep "self-comfort" myself all the time whereby "jellying" other's people will only bring myself down and in life, we can't demand so much as different people have different lifestyle.
overall today just feeling okay only as there is nothing much happening but staying a positive mindset do help a little by cheering my day.
=D
