Tian Ti Love Ladder 天梯

today i woke up at 8.40am.
then i quickly get myself prepared and went to attend ES lecture although know that i was late for it.
the lecturer just teaches about financial planning and i do know it was one of my weakest part.
after the lecture end, i walked back home to rest a while before going to the next class.
around 12.20pm i walked to college to attend the BF tutorial.
the tutorial just teaches about calculate cost of debt after tax and other related stuff.
when the class end, i went to canteen 2 to have my lunch before walking back home.
then i continue to rest a while and the weather started to rain again.
around 3.50pm i get myself prepared and went to attend the SMDM lecture again.
well, the lecture was quite an interesting to me because i do learn and heard a lot of business story.

in fact, i think what i enjoy during my study was listening to different kind of story and i would like to write in down to recall back about the things i learned.
one of the story was like why most of the cabin crew of Singapore Airlines were come from Malaysia was because the management can cut down management cost.
moreover, Malaysian citizen are willing to work for them although it was just as low as $SDG 1000 per month that most of the Singaporean will not willing to work as SIA air stewardess.
besides, i just got to know that VOIR is a Malaysia company instead of foreigner company because their marketing strategy was using foreign modal as their cover magazine where this can eventually create a mindset that it is a high brands because most of Malaysian people don't like things that made in Malaysia.
actually this strategy seems to be applied same goes to Padini concept store in Malaysia.

another story was about why some of the Malays hates the Chinese community was because during last time, Chinese people was an middle intermediaries earned a lot of money as a middle man.
for example, they buy from the Malay rural area (kampung) was just RM0.20 and sell it 5 times to higher price in the city area.
therefore the Chinese was known as "blood sucker" and this have left a bad image which seems to cause the racist issue happens but you can't assume because of some people then "shoot" the whole boat just like the Malays saying's that "kerana nila setitik, rosak susu sebelanga".
while the tutor explaining the forward buying and diverting, i just got to know that there is an untold story of Tesco secretly selling the Olay product to Pasar Malam people where they get a very cheap price from the manufacture but later find out by them and they limit the amount.

in the other hand, i do feel to answer when he asked us about how to handle the e-commerce business model when customer complain after they buy things online but i feel shy to answer.
well, i would like to say that most of the company in Malaysia that do e-commerce will refund the money into credit or change with another item since i worked in this field before.
however some of them might just ignore the problem because their company is small.
furthermore, i just got to know that if some staff accidentally break some glass related product while moving the stock, they will keep for 6 month before send back to the manufacture by denying not their fault.
honestly, i do feel that in the business world, there seems to be no such things as ethical or unethical especially in Malaysia since we have the theory of "if we does not evil enough, we will get bullied by others people" and that's why we imported so many Banggla, Indo, Philippines, Vietnam foreigner.

the government might think this is good but does they even consider about why the crime rate keep going higher and most of the Malaysian went to Singapore to work.
therefore the professional skills of manpower in Malaysia will eventually reduce and what was left was those moderate or weak one just like me because the smart people will eventually migrate to other country.
for retailer and distribution power in value chain, i feel what he say was quite true that Giant, Guardian and Cold Storage seems to be combine together whereby it is easy to "kill" a product if they want to.
overall i just feel the tutor explanation's was fantastic because he can provide so many real life example when teaching us.
after the class end, i walked back home with one of my junior and i just feel what he say was quite right that i feel to apply job but currently "stucked" with my current study.

actually there is so many job available nowadays and if i really capable, i no need afraid that i will not get a job especially in the social media field as i saw Groupon, Nuffnang, Churpchurp, Genting keep hiring people and other public listed company seems to start to go to Facebook marketing where they need people to manage/maintain their website and FB page.
upon arrived home, i just continue to see some news and information.
somehow i think i can related stock market with my current study where i will search the company like the VOIR (7240) and PADINI (7052) share price.
however, the TIGER (7079) stock price seems to be boost up a lot in just few day and i was so " BUTTHURT" since i just can see the so call "opportunity" keep going up.
this might be an example to proof my theory of "earn RM100,000 in one day" might be true.

it is because during 22th October this month, the TIGER (7079) was just cost for RM0.15 per share moved to RM0.30 at 30th October and moved to the highest point of RM0.49 at 1st of Novermber.
so if you imagine you really borrow RM100,000 from people and put all in Tiger stock during 22th, you will eventually earn RM326,666 (profit RM226K after return back the money if you sell at RM0.49 today.
therefore now you might understand why some people can SOOOOOOOO EASY earn money within just few days but you must have capital to buy although i know it was just a "blank paper" trade.
however, my theory might be wrong too because no one will expect it will rise so much right?
somehow i do have a thought that TIGER stock is from Tiger beer whereby they do so much advertising via FB and if many people drink tiger beer, their stock will increase right but the fact is the TIGER stock is a property related business company instead of Tiger beer.

seriously i just feel so "jelly" because the SCOMI (7158) stock that i buy did not move although it was just a very small investment.
guess not much people will understand this kind of feelings because it is so real, real until you can imagine you lost an great opportunity in the share market as i do wonder how many years that i need to work and save to have at least RM200,000 in my bank account.
anyways, i just went to sleep again because think too much.
the moment i woke up again was 9.10pm.
somehow i just liked the "Tian Ti" (Love Ladder 天梯) song so much which is sang by C All Star.
it is because there is a very touching love story behind and the lyrics was so meaningful.

the sentences that highlighted is something that i feel so meaningful and nice.
actually i keep listening to this song while my room mate was chatting with his girlfriend because i don't really like to listen other people saying especially those "sweet heart" words.
maybe you can say that i am jealous because i still haven success in any relationship before but that's my truth feeling at that moment as i feel quite annoying.

somehow i just wondering does True Love still exists in our materialistic society nowadays?
moreover, i do saw that there is a discussion saying about some rational explanation to justify that monogamy is for weak man but the thread get removed as i search back.
basically it talks about that polygamy guy seems to be more attractive to girls as if you think in their point of view, they need to manage so many girlfriend/wife at the same time which is not normal people can do right?
furthermore, there is an article also say's that men who have girlfriend is more attractive than men who don't have girlfriend.
perhaps that's why "lonelyreload" until now no girlfriend because his heart was too "loyal" to think just one girl but that girl have rejected him and now he is living in his own world that had resulted the existence of this blog. (talking to myself again~ very sad one leh you know~T.T)
in fact, i do feel thankful to some "bloggie" friend to advice me on something because if without you all, i might not be here talking all the craps until now as a living person.
